Nima is also a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) registered with Association of Professional Engineers and Geo-scientists of British Columbia (APEGBC) and has obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s degree in Project and Construction Management from the University of British Columbia (UBC). This has provided the clients with the benefit of getting advice on quality of property they are willing to buy and the necessary efficient upgrades required in selling their property with the highest possible price. In addition, Nima has had many years of work experience on multi-billion dollar engineering/construction projects and dealt with many project parties including clients, buyers, sellers, contractors, consultants, the public and governmental authorities through successful negotiations and professionalism.
